Dr. David Demers ("Dr. Dave") worked as a newspaper reporter, market researcher, and journalism/mass media sociology professor before retiring and buying his first rental property. He is author of nearly two dozen academic, trade and ghostwritten books and has won many writing, research and free speech awards.
