After qualifying as a chef, Rachel McGuinness worked in France, Switzerland and Israel, for hotels and private residences and back in the UK with the airline catering and events industry. Rachel now runs her own fitness and lifestyle consultancies, Absolutely Fabulous and The Life Spa.
