John Jacobs is a member of the Coalville Heritage Society, and has had published books with the Coalville Publishing Company and The History Press in the past along with his co-authors Steve Duckworth and Denis Baker. John is a devoted member and treasurer of the heritage society. Building on the collections of old photographs and postcards from the heritage society and society members, Steve, Denis and John are now keen to couple these timeless views with modern counterparts and detailed histories on an area known and visited by many.
