Papa Ted, Mama Ted, Young Ted and Baby Ted make friends with lonely Grand Ted, reunite him with his friend Tartan Ted, befriend Manny the Mannikin even though he is not a teddy, and bring Christmas back to Rosehill Cottage.

Papa Ted, Mama Ted, Young Ted and Baby Ted make friends with lost Two-Tone Ted and Pink Ted, rescue Mini Ted, and welcome Bobby Blue even though he does not look like a traditional teddy. Their adopted Grand Ted takes a trip to the zoo with old Mr S and returns with Tony the Turtle and Leonora Lion. The family also help Happy Harriet and Poppy the Puppy find happiness again, so bringing laughter back to Rosehill Cottage.
