Everyone has heard of the fairies who live at the bottom of the garden.
But did you know that fairies also live in the big city? Of course they do! Pearlie looks after Jubilee Park and it keeps her very busy.
Every day she makes the slippery dip slippery, opens all the flowers, polishes the dragonflies' wings, and looks after all the animals who live in the park. But one day she wakes up to find everything topsy-turvy. Hurly-burly! What can have gone wrong? It's up to Pearlie to find out...

Hoy es el cumpleaños de Azabache y Perla está preparando una fiesta sorpresa. Cuando el Flaco y el señor Pulgas averiguan que no están invitados deciden montar su propia fiesta, pero un terrible lío con los pasteles amenaza con estropear la diversión.¿Podrá la tía Brunilda solucionar el embrollo?

It's Opal's birthday and Pearlie is planning a surprise party. There's so much to do! Pearlie must buy presents, sweet treats, prizes for games, and the best birthday cake ever.
There's only one place to go—Great Aunt Garnet's famous fairy shop in the old clock tower. When Scrag and Mr. Flea find out they're not invited to join the fun, they plan a party of their own.
A terrible mix-up of magical cakes threatens to ruin everyone's expectations.
Will Pearlie's favorite Great Aunt Garnet save the day?
