This resource bank contains a double-sided poster, photocopiables and lesson plans. The poster provides definitions and examples of all the main punctuation marks, and two texts show them in use in the context of a shared-reading text: an "Aesop's Fable" and a story and information about "The Pied Piper of Hamelin". The lesson plans are structured to support direct teaching of the whole class followed by differentiated group/individual work.
