This series comprises a package designed to teach the essentials of a given language, quickley and effectively. Each package contains a C-90 cassette of everyday conversation, a pocket-size phrase book, a mini-dictionary of 5000 words and a pronunciation key plus details about eating out, getting around, currencies, telephoning etc. A system of key sentence patterns combined with the 5000 words in the dictionary is designed to enable the reader to handle day to day situations. The package should suit anyone who needs to get to grips quickly with a language, such as people on business or on holiday.
