Clearly scripted dialogues are delivered at a manageable speed. Sound interference and background effects are kept to a minimum, allowing for concentration on the language. This course is specially designed for students working towards Level 3 of the National Curriculum at ages 14-16, who are unlikely to achieve a grade "G" at GCSE. It is particularly appropriate for resourcing the NEAB's Certificate of Achievement in French. It provides manageable units of work that are achievable and entirely self-standing. Set in a young adult context, the course aims to be non-patronising and should interest both genders.
