Elly's grandmother whisks her away from the human school she was attending and enrolls her in a prestigious fairy academy in the capital of Fairydom, Rainbowville, where Elly discovers that she might not hate being a fairy, after all.
Although Elly hates being a fairy, she tries her very best to do well at the Mossy Blossom Academy for Young Fairies, since her parents have told her that another expulsion would mean no Fairy Licence.
