All questions in the book are answered in a special answers section at the back, along with a glossary of shop-related terms. A packed activity section offers ideas for active project work, helping to develop children's critical faculties and cognitive skills. Specially commissioned photographs for this book were all taken in Leeds and Bradford, so the book can also be used as a locality study.
