An adventure set in the wild Brecon countryside in the last century, follows the story of a gang who make off with Alun's father's flock of sheep after a struggle and how Alun goes about retrieving them. Alison Morgan has also written "Ruth Crane", "River Song", "Leaving Home", "Paul Kite" and "Fish" which was serialized on TV. Her first book for Kestrel was "Bright-Eye".
