Book 1

Fantasy Team

by Jason Page and Richard Mead

Published 11 August 1994
This book gives a gameplayer the dream opportunity to pick their own fantasy soccer team from a squad of actual football stars. Operating within a budget, the player can play alone, with friends or family and experience all the thrills of managing a real team. As the dream team progresses, players are scored by their Saturday performances and the player's team is ranked against real teams in the premier division. It has different layers of difficulty, plus there are quizzes, cartoons and pages of back up information. Players can start anytime in the season, and are not linked to any particular results service.

Book 2

This edition of fantasy soccer follows "Fantasy Team" and extends the play-on-your-own concept. It allows the player/manager to "compete" against real teams in the Premier League, and can be enjoyed as a solo or group game. It includes predictions, game plans and simulations.
