This title offers entertaining reads for children of high reading ability, average maturity and interest level at KS1. "A Cat Too Many" - "Alice" loves cats. She is getting a soft and fluffy little kitten very soon. While she is waiting, she meets a flea-bitten old cat in the grocer's store. She takes the cat home and looks after it. She must let it go before the new kitten arrives, but saying goodbye to her friend is not easy.
