Properly performed stretching regimens can enhance an athlete's strength, conditioning, agility and speed and decrease the risk of injury. This new DVD from Human Kinetics introduces a functional stretching and flexibility-training programme designed to help improve an athlete's overall performance. During the course of the DVD, athletes will learn how to asses their own flexibility and how to build up a stretching programme based on the exercise and workout demonstrated on the DVD.
