Accompanying two separate student guides, this tutor resource pack provides photocopiable worksheets which test the underpinning of knowledge required to achieve an NVQ/SVQ 2 in serving food and drink in the restaurant and bar. It contains separate worksheets to cover each element of each unit. Although best used in conjunction with the student guides, the worksheets are a stand-alone assessment programme which can be used in any training context and for accreditation of prior learning.
