Introducing Microsoft Access 2.0 for Windows
by Timothy N. Trainor and Jeffrey A. Stipes
Published 1 January 1996
This brief software application tutorial focuses on the most commonly-used features of Microsoft Access 1.1 database software. It fits a short, hands-on lab course and the lab portion of an introduction to computers course, in continuing- or community-education departments. Screen displays are used to monitor students' progress, while notes, tips, techniques and reminders are included to anticipate questions. Each lesson includes practice time exercises to reinforce concepts and "Alternatives" sections illustrate shortcuts and optional methods to execute commands.
