Convinced that she can never summon the God Suzaku and get her wishes granted, Miaka runs away from Tamahome and her celestial Warriors...and straight into the arms of her enemy Amiboshi! But Amiboshi has amnesia, and in a short time, he falls in love with Miaka! Can Miaka choose this completely new life? In the meantime, the evil illusions of Tomo and the feminine wiles of Soi combine to seduce Tamahome, and strand the Suzaku warriors in a vast desert! Can anything save the crumbling quest of Suzaku?
