Philosophy for children is one of the Key Issues series. Key Issues are written by experts and based on extensive knowledge supported by the latest research, and address some of the major challenges facing Early Years settings and Primary Schools. The aim is to provide sound, clear advice which will help practitioners and teachers deliver the objectives of Every Child Matters. Philosophy for children focuses on the importance of encouraging children to think, reason and express their thoughts in language.
