Allen Strange claims he's from Xela. And that his spaceship went home without him. Robbie Stevenson doesn't believe him, no matter "what" her younger brother Josh says. But then Allen morphs into his true alien form and even Robbie has to believe!
Allen has some awesome powers. He can travel through walls. Bring objects to life. And absorb knowledge with his hands. About the only thing he can't do is get himself home. So Allen starts living in the Stevenson's attic. Now Allen has to register for school, animate a store mannequin to pose as his father, and stay one step ahead of the reporters, government agents, and alien hunters who want to find him.
