Design & Technology Interactions S.
3 total works
Through its use of interviews and shots of different techniques of modelling and communication, the video in this pack is intended to provide insights into the processes of designing and managing technological activity. It also offers material for pupils aiming to identify possible design tasks for themselves. The video consists of four completely self-contained sections, each made up of a number of shorter, related segments, and the photocopiable support material in the accompanying booklet should be read by the pupils before they view the video.
Complementing the other components of the "Design and Technology Interactions" series, this resource bank of information on specific topics can be photocopied as needed, so that pupils can build up their own reference files. The sheets can also be mounted, for access by the whole class. Aiming to provide complete coverage of the National Curriculum programmes of study and attainment targets for Key Stage 3, the material is focused across Levels 4 to 6, but also includes information which is more appropriate to Level 7. Thus the sheets can continue to be used by pupils still working through Levels 4 to 7 within Key Stage 4.
