Heritage Project Book

by Mike Corbishley

Published 3 March 1994
Another title in the Project Book series, which combines facts and activities on topics of interest to the 8-12 age range. This book shows how children can use evidence to discover how people lived in the past, with examples from prehistoric Stonehenge to industrial Ironbridge. There are Roman villas, medieval castles, Victorian stately homes, ancient trackways and abandoned villages to be investigated. It is illustrated with original photographs of English Heritage sites.
