Advanced alien technology is leaked over the Internet changing things drastically in New York City's underworld. A new breed of criminal is born - cyborgs. The NYPD can't handle this threat and is forced to turn to the eccentric Dr. Valery Dax - CEO of the NeoTech Corporation for help! When aliens abduct Jake Lonestar's family from his home in Amarillo, Texas, Dr. Valery shows up claiming to be Jake's legal guardian and takes him back to NYC. Dr. Valery's true intention is for Jake to join the Samurai Superheroes Force - a special police force she's equipped with genetically engineered, cyborg warhorses and living-metal swords. Dr. Valery has a hard time convincing the lazy, cowardly Jake to join the SSF and partner up with hacker, Mr. Suit. But Dr. Valery possesses various methods of persuasion to use on Jake, including a Sex Droid whom Jake has a strange encounter with. His mere touch causes her to gain freewill, develop a badass personality, a foul mouth and chain-smoking tendencies!
