Book 1
Princess Kirra of Southern Crag has a dangerous secret; she is the only woman in Saren who can use the art of magic. Kirra’s family helps her control and conceal her powers. But she is haunted by nightmares of a menacing darkness seeking the destruction of all light and life.
Kirra realizes her nightmares are more than dreams when her home and family are destroyed. Finding herself completely alone, Kirra needs to discover if she is strong enough to face her fears. She has to learn to trust those who will help her fight the enemy ravaging her world. She must find the courage to face the unstoppable. For without her, Saren is doomed to be cast into eternal darkness.
Book 2
Although Princess Kirra now has an army to command, the Darkness power is constantly growing stronger. The source of death-stalker has been cured, yet there are still so many who need the antidote. It will take time before the soldiers are well enough for the army to enter the Onyx Mountains; time which Kirra does not have. For every day they delay gives the enemy more opportunities to attack.
It is not just Saren the Darkness seeks to destroy. Since Kirra is the only person who has the power to stop it, the Darkness must find a way to stop her. Does Kirra have the will and strength to resist the power of the Darkness? Kirra is destined to save Saren. But will her choices doom them all?
Book 3
Kirra and Nalina have found a way to work together and are now one in their desire to defeat the Darkness once and for all. Yet the Darkness is now in complete control of Elwin’s body and is stronger than it was before. With their combined power, will Kirra and Nalina be able to destroy the Darkness ravaging Saren?
In order to discover this, they must first reach the Mountain Fortress, which lies at the heart of the Onyx Mountains. Both the Light and the Darkness have gathered an army and now it is time to see which side will win as Kirra and Nalina travel to the place where they will confront the Darkness once and for all.
