They also comment on each site in terms of the kinds of habitats found, whether it is reachable by car or on foot, at what times of year different species of birds may be found, and contact information. With detailed maps of the larger sites and general maps of the regions covered as well as original color artwork and black-and-white wash drawings, the book is an attractive and informative resource.
