This flexible course provides the pupil with a grounding in the basic skills of mathematics and encourages children to develop an inquisitive attitude towards mathematical patterns and structures. The framework of the course is both structured and flexible. The workbooklets add flexibility and enable teachers to provide for individual children's needs. They also suggest an order of development.
