The quest to become the world's greatest Pokemon trainer has brought Ash and Pikachu to the Orange Islands. There, the world is in grave danger. Three birds are wreaking havoc upon the earth. Only the Pokemon Lugia can defeat the winged creatures.

Scientists cloned the legendary Pokemon Mew to create Mewtwo, the most powerful Pokemon in the world. Only no one counted on a mad, mean Mewtwo. Now it wants to rule, and it will stop at nothing to get its way.
The Pokemon are going on holiday and Pikachu is in charge. Pikachu, Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Togepi and friends head to an amusement park for Pokemon only but a group of bullies break in to disturb the peace.
