This is part of a five-book course that meets the needs of the National Curriculum at Key Stages 3 (Books 1-3) and 4 (Books 4 and 5). The thematic attainment targets (physical, human and environmental geography) provide the underlying structure with knowledge and understanding of places incorporated as exemplar material. Geographical skills are developed throughout the five books in a planned way, and geographical enquiry is developed by using a number of assignments. Each book provides enough study material for a complete school year.
