Book 1

When Crystal gets expelled again for fighting, a mysterious family friend sponsors her into a martial arts academy. There, she finds that she may not be the only one whose mind is different, and that those differences may be more powerful than anyone could have imagined.
Book 2
Crystal has finally found a place where she belongs. Martial Academy—and the Agency that forms its foundation—is a sanctuary.
When one of her newfound friends comes to her for help, Crystal realizes that not everything is as it seems. Neurotypicals are being taken off the street by creatures moving in the shadows. Old memories are shifting within the acrid smoke of burning minds. War with the Company looms on the horizon, while something far worse lurks just below the surface.

The Institute's increasingly blatant attacks have catalyzed a movement within the Agency and Company, leading them to unite as one Organization-on one condition: Crystal Farina's name on an Organization kill list.
Friendly elements within the Organization have restrained the assassins for now, but Crystal walks the infinitesimal line between letting the Institute level the city and staying out of the Organization's way. She doesn't come willingly when the Organization decides she is too dangerous to be left on the streets. As the war reaches its critical point, Crystal discovers the truth behind the Organization's shadowy master, her shattered family, and her own neurodivergent mind.
