This collection of papers, developed from the New Technology and Work activities of the European Network of Work and Organizational Psychologists, discusses the impact that information technology has had on training, by providing more tools and more control over the training process. The new skills which are required in order to operate information technology equipment are also discussed, as are the questions raised by training for these new skills.
