In the first part of the book, two of Denmark's most experienced practitioners in couples' therapy, psychologist Kirsten Seidenfaden and psychiatrist Piet Drailby, explain why we tend to get confused about love. In the exercise section of the book, they provide some simple, yet very efficient, tools to help us find out where we lost our way and how we can remain in a loving vibrant relationship for the rest of our lives.
