This book is part of one of a series of interactive books based on various foundation stage topics. The software is designed to provide a resource for children to explore rhyme, with animated rhymes and activities. It also includes tools to encourage the development of children's creative skills and their use of basic IT including tools such as digital cameras and scanners and skills such as searching, importing and labelling. Children are rewarded with certificates and a large range of print outs, ideal for follow up work or record books. The CD-ROM is one in a series of topic based CD-ROMs for use in early years settings. Other titles in the series include "Under the Sea", "In Bloom and In the Garden". Rhyme is an important part of early years learning. This resource book is designed for staff in nurseries, early learning setting and reception classes. It is a great resource to introduce children to rhyme and rhyme activities and meet early learning goals. The book includes photocopiable activity sheets, project ideas and topic resources. It can also be tied in with the topics and activities featured on the "Just in Rhyme" CD-ROMs and/or used alongside the "Just in Rhyme" books.
