As a hybrid of all four races Deva is the key to their safety.

Book 1

Fate's Fools

by Ophelia Bell

Published 16 October 2018

She says she isn't destined for love, that Fate doesn't know she exists. But I plan to prove to her that Fate's the biggest fool of all.

Until lately, life as a Gold dragon has been pretty easy. I'm living a rockstar's dream with my best friend. We've even joined our favorite band of all time, Fate's Fools, as its two newest members. It's more than any guitar-playing dragon could hope for.

But one fine spring day I come face-to-face with what I'm missing—Deva, a gorgeous woman with a voice like a siren's song. Suddenly so much more matters than our next gig, and I can tell I'm not the only one of the guys who thinks so. She's magnificent, mysterious, and I can feel that she wants me too. Wants all of us. And she can stake her claim any way her heart desires; I'm the kind of dragon who's down to share.

But something is keeping Deva at arm's length. She's got a secret. Something is haunting—and maybe even hunting—her. And while she may be willing to give up her body any way I please, getting her to give up that secret is going to take a lot more work.

It's a good thing the five of us are up for a challenge.

Fool's Folly

by Ophelia Bell

Published 5 December 2018

Finding my soulmate might cost me my soul.

The moment I met Deva Rainsong, she took something precious from me. Now she needs more, and the crazy thing is, I just might give it to her.

I can’t deny the attraction sizzling between us, nor how badly I miss the touch of her new mate, Rohan. Ursa males mate in pairs, so what if he’s a dragon? I always believed when it happened, we’d do it together. But now she’s chosen him, not me, and the rogue ursa in me isn’t happy. I still want them both, but claiming them might mean giving up a piece of my very soul.

With Fate hot on our heels, intent on destroying the bloodline connected to Deva, time is of the essence. Taking a piece of my soul will only make her more powerful, and will bind me to her for as long as we live.

Which won’t be long if she can’t let herself have me—and the three other members of Fate’s Fools waiting in the wings.

Book 3

Fool's Paradise

by Ophelia Bell

Published 31 January 2019

She's all I ever wanted, but I'm not sure I can share.

I am head over heels in love with Deva Rainsong, the beautiful chimera who opened my eyes to a whole new world filled with mythological creatures, gods, and monsters. I want her more than I've ever wanted anything... but I'm not the only one.

Deva has found two soul mates already, the men she's ready to spend her life with, yet she's still incomplete. If she wants a chance at standing up to Fate, the divine being terrorizing the bloodline Deva's sworn to protect, she'll need an intact soul—and that means taking a human lover too.

If I give in to my desires, it will mean becoming part of her menagerie of mates, something I'm not sure I can accept. I want Deva all to myself, even as I get closer with the rest of the Fate's Fools band... closer than I'd ever imagined I'd be.

But with power like hers—if Deva makes me her mate at long last—she could take more than my soul. She could take my very will, leaving me a shell of a man.

Which is exactly what I'll be anyway if I don't have her.

Book 4

Fool's Errand

by Ophelia Bell

Published 3 March 2019

Sometimes it’s not better to have loved and lost.

What I once had with Deva was extraordinary. I’d never experienced anything like it in all my years, never felt that kind of passion, desire, or love she offered when she was in my arms. As a virile satyr in his prime, I could have had as many nymphs in my bed as I could service. But the only woman I had eyes for was Deva.

But then I gave it all away, sacrificed the most precious thing I’d ever been offered over a stupid hang-up, and now I’ve had to sit back and watch as Deva chose not one, but three other mates who weren’t me.

I’d do anything to win her back. I just have to show her I’ve changed. I’ll even help her track down yet another man she’s sure is destined to be her mate. One who only lied to her and hurt her, yet she still wants him. Now that she finally knows the truth, I know I can work my way into her mind, her heart, and her body again. I know I can remind her what it feels like to be mine.

All she has to do is trust me.

Book 5

Nobody's Fool

by Ophelia Bell

Published 28 April 2019

I’ve lost a piece of my soul, and the fate of the world depends on me finding it in the arms of a woman I don’t even know.

They say you don’t know what you’ve got till it’s gone, but in my case, that’s not true. I have no idea what I had, only that I’ve lost it—and with it, my memories.

A woman named Deva Rainsong seems to know me, along with her mates. Which makes sense, given I’m the drummer of the rock band Fate’s Fools. But they also think I’m supposed to be with her—with them. Thing is, I’m not so sure.

Okay, maybe my heart isn’t sure, but other parts of me are raring to go. As much as I’d like to listen to them, as well as the haunting song Deva sings that I know should mean something to me, I can’t go all-in without giving them all of me. And that’s just not possible right now.

I’m a turul, and that means I’m searching for my One, a true love I can spend eternity with.Which means I can’t be with Deva until I’m certain she’s it for me, and I can’t be certain until I get my memories back.

And I can’t get my memories back until I face Fate once and for all.

It also means I'm a threat to Fate's precious balance.

To protect me from Fate's wrath, three demigods have taken it upon themselves to act as my guardians—and lovers. But with the hounds of Fate nipping at my heels, can the Winds tear themselves away from their sibling rivalry over my affections long enough to keep me safe?
