While playing on the beach, Kipper the dog finds the finishing touches to his sandcastle in an unlikely place.
Kipper and Tiger find a rope hanging from a tree. It makes a perfect swing. Soon Kipper and Tiger are doing all sorts of acrobatics. They can even walk the tightrope. But there is one thing neither of them can do...can you guess what it is?
Even with his new in-line skates Tiger is a terrible skater, but Kipper is good and, with a little practice, so is Pig.
