This is a practical teacher's resource providing a bank of photocopiable sheets covering the complete programme of study, allowing for retesting or for children to work alongside each other with different sheets. It is also intended as a diagnostic aid to help shape future teaching plans.

Written in line with the revised National Curriculum and the move to teacher-based assessment, this is one of two books of photocopiable resources for primary-school maths, designed to enable teachers to assess pupils' progress. The complete Programme of Study is covered, and the books complement the teaching programmes of "Blueprint Maths" as well as fitting alongside any maths scheme as an independent check on learning.
