The Toronto 'Experience' (or Blessing) has generated strong opinion and emotion about its causes and effects in all parts of the Church. Now that the initial excitement about the Blessing has passed, the Church must evaluate and reflect. This report sets out the issues surrounding the events of the last two years, engages with them in a helpful and informative way, and explores some of the implications for mission and theology.
