We had a battle of magic at Odd Street School! A magician came to do a show and he tried to hatch a scary Zombie Bird out of a silver egg. Eeky-freak!

But thanks to Bianca’s trombone, a secret trapdoor, and Martha being invisible ... the Zombie Bird turned out to be the funniest thing ever ha ha!

(If you’re scared of magic like our friend Ellie, don’t worry. This book won’t turn you into a frog. Or a rabbit!)

Hope you like it, and thanks

for reading this BLURB!

Agatha Parrot is the most exciting and hilarious comedy series since Mr Gum! But don’t take our word for it . . . take hers!

Hiya! This book is about Odd Street School where I go along with mad Ivy who always jumps down stairs four at a time WAHOO! And Martha who is big and jolly and can sort out boys. The oddest teacher we've got is Miss Barking who wears goggles and gloves to use a pencil sharpener.

The story is about when she tried to execute Martha with a floppy cardboard axe, but instead Martha's head floated off and exploded ha ha brilliant! Don't worry. Martha ends up eating an ice cream... but if you want to know how, then you'll have to read the insides, won't you? WOW how exciting – da-da-darrrrrrh!

As well as stories you’ll get the full gory guide to school life, such as Miss Barking’s daft plan to hold a sports day without any winners, how to make the most of just having one line in the school play, the secret teacher beauty competition and how to cure a highly infectious outbreak of invisible spots. Hope you like it, and thanks for reading this BLURB!

Written by the hottest new prospect in children’s books, Kjartan Poskitt, and illustrated by the artistic genius behind Andy Stanton’s Mr Gum, David Tazzyman, Agatha Parrot is more brilliant than you could possibly imagine. Seriously – Try to imagine it. Nope, not even close. Anyway, it’s the funnest of funny children’s books.

Hiya! What would you do if your smelly brother started getting emails from a mystery girl? Ha ha! OK, I admit it was my fault. My friend Martha had got into trouble with her mum and I was helping out, but things went a bit wrong, especially when the mystery girl started sending James loads of LOVE and KISSES like this XXXXX. Woo-hoo! Agatha Parrot.

Hiya! One night me and my friends had to look after some baby chickens but one of them disappeared. Eeek eeek panic panic - where could he be? That's when Bianca found something blocking up her trombone, then Dad found a lump under his new wallpaper, and then we saw mad Ivy burying something in a plant pot! (Don't worry, there IS a happy ending. Promise promise.)

Helloooo! This story is about the time I was watching SING WIGGLE ANDSHINE on TV (the worst talent show ever WAHOO love it love it) but my evil brother James nicked the TV remote so he could watch football instead. Don't worry, I got my own back! All it took was a giant yellow cake, some fairies, a school fete and a big sofa cushion. Oh, and Dad ended up with his toenails painted, so does that all make sense to you? It will do when you've read this book ha ha wicked! Hope you like it, and thanks for reading this BLURB!
