Das MPS nutzt dabei denselben physikalischen Effekt wie die Bildgebung mittels Magnetic-Particle-Imaging (MPI). Der Autor beschreibt die Hardware des MPS und stellt die zur Nutzung und Auswertung der Messdaten benötigte Software vor.
