PTE Academic UKVI is a UK Government-approved test for anyone who needs to prove all four English language skills for a work or study visa.
This computer-based test is suitable if you are applying for a Student-Route visa (for study below degree level), if you wish to study at degree level or above at somewhere other a Higher Education Institution, or if you are applying for any of the following work visas:
- Skilled worker visa (formerly known as the Tier 2 General work visa)
- Start-up visa
- Innovator visa
- Minister of religion visa (Tier 2)
The test is two hours long and taken in a secure and friendly test center environment.
