A Pocket Full of Healing is my story about the journey from a lung cancer diagnosis to remission. Having refused chemotherapy after the first round due to the adverse reactions I decided to use my experience of energy therapies to make my own healing plan. I describe the therapies I have used and a new one that just dropped in my lap - Shinrin-yoku. I am hoping that readers will realise that they can take control of their own healing plan whatever their health problems maybe, using conventional treatments along with complementary treatments. We all have choices.
