The one I read is not a video guide, but Goodreads doesn't distinguish the other as a version. At any rate it's a decent and quick intro to some Yoga practices. It explains things pretty clearly, and if you're simply looking to try something out without being bogged down with a ton of info then it's certainly good in that aspect. There isn't anything particularly special about it this though other than it's such a quick read...I think it'd probably be more useful as an example tool than an actual Yoga reference though.
