This is the last issue of Spider-Girls, sadly. I actually really enjoyed seeing these new characters interact, and can’t help but find myself hoping that we’ll see more of them in the future (maybe they’ll even make an appearance in the female focused Spider-Man movie spinoff? One can hope).
The conclusion of this plot brings out three characters back around to the events of Spider-Geddon. I guess I knew that it would be inevitable…but part of me was sort of hoping they’d find a way to stay out of the fight…even if I knew that even if they succeeded the fight would eventually come to them. So it is what it is, I guess.
