Can I just say that Miles is such a badass? I love that he's had a chance to shine, especially during the events unfolding thanks to Outlawed. If you didn't read the start to that event, you might be a bit lost for this issue, but it's still worth diving into (and it does a decent job of laying out the basics). I know that there's going to be fallout for Miles' actions here, and I cannot wait to see more.
