I've been marinating aver this review for a while. I finished this one yesterday and wasn't sure how I felt. I still am not all that sure. I liked it, but I didn't love it as much as I had hoped.
I will say that the writing was very good if a little too flowery and over descriptive at times. My issue with it was really twofold. One I didn't like Faith AT ALL. She just wasn't a very likable character. I though often times she was selfish and self-centered, especially towards Ben. Then when we find out the twist...well I liked her even less.
My other issue was that this book was really long and it really dragged in places for me. From the blurb, I was expecting more action, more twists and turns. More along the line of a romantic suspense novel. That's really not this book at all. I struggled through parts of it because nothing really happens. Faith has some dreams that are memories, she for some reason refuses to EVER talk to Ben about them. She eventually remembers everything, and it felt very anti-climatic in the end with nothing really resolved.
Like I said above, I am really not sure how to rate it. I guess 3 stars is pretty much the best rating to give it for the way it left me feeling.
