I read this duology back-to-back. The story was fine, but I felt there was something lacking in the way the tension built and was eventually resolved. Not all the pieces seemed to be in place, but both books are quick reads.
In He Saved Me, I got more of what I loved in He Found Me. This fills in the gaps from when Andra fled and she ended up in the hospital. Along the way, we get to know a lot more about Andra's mom, Six and we even get some good old "Who's the Daddy" stuff. Yes, Andra will learn who her elusive father is. This book has a lot of dark and sad moments, but I had to keep reading to see how it all ended. Looking forward to the next book.
