"Triangles" is a competitive game for between two and five teams with four players in each team. Its power lies in the range of issues that can be addressed through playing it. Its most useful application is as traningin acitivity which will stimulate discussion of interpersonal skills. These can include: group problem-solving; group effectiveness, including leadership and motivation; non-verbal behviour; competition; rules (real or imagined); the need to adapt to the new unfamiliar. All the material required to run run the event is supplied, together with detailed guidance on each of these topics and suggestions on how to run and fun to play. Busy trainers or mangers will find it an effective way of focusing on important group, team and interpersonal issues.
