The aim of this study is to provide teachers and headmasters with practical solutions to the growing problem of unacceptable classroom behaviour. The text includes strategies for analyzing the points at which lessons begin to break down, and provides suggestions for alterations in lesson planning which will overcome the problem. The author also offers guidance for ways of working and talking with the parents of problem children in order to support classroom work and improve behaviour generally.
