This report sets out the main findings and recommendations of the 6th session of the UN Committee for Development Policy, held in New York in March 2004. The report focuses on three issues: resources mobilisation and measures to promote an enabling environment for poverty eradication in relation to the implementation of the Programme of Action for the Least Developed Countries for the decade 2001-2010; how to evaluate progress towards good governance in the context of the Millennium Development Goals; and matters related to the Committee's triennial review of the list of least developed countries.
