The bipartisan Task Forcechaired by Mathea Falco, President of Drug Strategies, and former Assistant Secretary of State for International Narcotics Mattersincluded experts with backgrounds in diplomacy, law enforcement, economics, development, public health, judicial institutions, human rights, and multinational business.
