Microsoft has recently announced its MCDBA program. In order to obtain their MCDBA, candidates are required to pass five exams -- four core exams and one elective exam. The core exams include Windows NT Server 4, Windows NT Server 4 Enterprise, SQL Server 7 Administration, and SQL Server 7 Database Design. With the MCDBA program, Microsoft has finally created a certification track that appeals to database administrators and database design professionals. In addition to attracting new exam candidates, the MCDBA program will also be attractive to MCSEs and MCSDs who want to add another certification to their repertoire. Candidates are in need of complete, concise, inexpensive study guides to fully prepare them to pass the MCDBA exams.
