The local economic development is becoming increasingly important, and governments are going to develop strategies in order to lead the chance to widespread prosperity of the people and the ecosystem. To aim at holistic wellbeing, specific and punctual solutions should be got over and tend to approach that creates connections between local material, energetic and informational resources, generating multiple and complex solutions. In particular, energy is considered a fundamental need and shared by the society, furthermore it increases our own capability.
